- All visits must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
- Walk-ins are also welcome, but availability may be limited during busy periods.

Arrival Tips
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to check in, change, and relax.
- Please note that late arrivals will shorten your treatment time.
- Loan of towel, bathrobe and slippers is included.
Facilities & Access
Our SPA features:
- 13-meter pool
- Hydromassage bath
- Sauna & steam room
Access times
- Hotel guests: 1.5 hours of access.
- External guests: 2 hours of access.
An additional charge may require if spa access is not included in your room rate. Our gym is equipped with top-notch cardio and strength-training equipment, available to hotel guests and members. Memberships offer unlimited SPA and gym access for one month. Prices vary by weekday.
For Families
- Children under 16 are welcome until 17:00.
- Children aged 0-3 enjoy complimentary access.
- An adult (18+) must accompany children under 16 and is fully responsible for behavior and health.
Note: SPA treatments and sauna areas are for guests aged 16+
Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that plans change - just let us know in time. The following unified rule applies to all spa visits and treatments:
- Up to 24 hours before your appointment: Free cancellation or rescheduling.
- Less than 24 hours notice or no-shows: Charged at 100%.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reservation are eligible for a 95% refund (with a deduction of 5% commission fees).

Etiquette & Health
- Shower before using the pool.
- Swimwear is required in all wet areas.
- Enjoy the serenity - use your “spa voice” and minimize phone use.
- Smoking/vaping is not permitted indoors.
- For safety, please inform us of any medical conditions or pregnancy when booking.

- Gift vouchers: Treat someone special!
- Spa products: Available for purchase at reception.
- Swim wear and items: Available for purchase at reception
- Lost & found: Items are stored for 3 months.
